Troubleshooting Common Problems

• Spray is Choppy or Sputters:

  • Cause: The bottle is not held upright, or the pressure chamber has lost its prime.

  • Fix: Hold the bottle upright and pump the trigger rapidly 10-15 times to re-pressurize the system.

• No Spray / Weak Spray:

  • Cause: Clogged nozzle, or the product is too thick/viscous.

  • Fix: Clean the nozzle with a pin or warm water. Continuous sprayers require thin, water-like liquids. Thick oils or lotions will not work.

• Leaking from Nozzle:

  • Cause: Damaged seal or crack in the mechanism.

  • Fix: The pump unit usually needs to be replaced.
