Key Components and Functionality

1. Bottle Body:

   • Material: PP (Polypropylene). This is chosen because it is:

     • Chemically Stable: Won't react with the powder formula.

     • Sturdy and Shatterproof: Durable for travel and handling.

     • Lightweight: Keeps shipping costs down.

   • Capacity: The volumes (5g, 7.5g, 10g, 15g) refer to the net weight of the powder it is designed to hold, not the physical volume of the bottle. The actual bottle size will be slightly larger to accommodate the powder without being overfilled.

2. Sifter Cap / Mechanism:

   • This is the most critical part. It's a disc that sits between the bottle and the main cap.

   • It has a mesh screen (plastic or metal) and one or more holes.

   • How it Works: When the bottle is turned upside down and shaken, powder falls through the holes onto the mesh. Tapping or squeezing the bottle then forces the powder through the mesh, creating a fine, even "puff" or "spray" of product.

3. Overcap / Lid:

   • Screws or snaps over the sifter to keep it clean, secure, and prevent leaks during transport.

   • Often has a sleek, dome-shaped design.

4. Dust Cover (Optional but Common):

   • A thin, removable plastic film or peel-off seal is often placed under the sifter cap, directly on the sifter mesh.

   • Purpose: To provide a perfect seal during shipping and storage, ensuring no powder can leak out before first use. The user peels this off when they start using the product.
